Supreme Court always had the final decision.And we cannot deny it.Like this case,the U.S. Supreme Court, on Monday, announced that they would be hearing a problem to the Stolen Valor Act. The Act makes it a crime to lie about receiving military awards or about military service; a law that could violate First Amendment free speech protections.
