Let's Join Together to Stop Out-of-Control Prosecutors: Malkin

At this unique moment in American history, liberals and conservatives have something in common: an abhorrence of government prosecutors run amok.

Put aside partisan politics for a moment and let's be real: For every honest and principled prosecutor working in the courts, there are obsessive Captain Queegs in office searching for political wins (strawberries!) instead of seeking the truth.

ACLU Sticks Up for the NRA?!

The official view of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) remains that the Second Amendment protects a "collective right rather than an individual right." But the organization nevertheless is helping the National Rifle Association (NRA) fend off extralegal attempts by New York state officials to put it out of business.

Couple shot intruder who blew past ‘Smith & Wesson’ poster

An elderly Utah couple whose home sports a warning sign reading “Smith & Wesson spoken here” shot an intruder who either missed or ignored the reference to the famous gun manufacturer, according to a report.

The wounded burglar then bizarrely stripped down to his birthday suit and confronted deputies responding to the home in the small enclave of Old Iron Town, investigators said, FOX13 reported.

Las Vegas man indicted for dealing firearms without a license

A North Las Vegas man who allegedly sold a gun that later ended up in the hands of a man who wounded three California law enforcement officers last year — one fatally — was indicted for illegally buying and reselling firearms, according to the office of the U.S. attorney for the district of Nevada.

Some of the weapons Charles Martin Ellis, 64, allegedly sold ended up being linked to various crimes in Nevada and California, officials said.

Cop to bystanders: 'Stop f-king filming and help me!'

A Houston police officer who struggled to subdue a suspect Tuesday received no assistance from some onlookers, including a uniformed security guard, despite pleas for help.

Instead, the crowd continued to record the altercation on their phones while the officer tried to keep the suspect from grabbing his duty weapon, according to KPRC.

The incident occurred at a gas station after the officer stopped a vehicle in connection with a nearby shooting and aggravated robbery, according the report.

Cell phone footage of the altercation shows the suspect trying to fight off the officer and making multiple attempts to reach for the officer’s gun.

[OPINION] Dear Democrats and Republicans, Please Keep Tearing Down Your Government

Anybody expecting respect for the overall government to survive current leadership unscathed is dreaming. And as somebody who considers government little more than a dangerous weapon in the hands of competing tribes of control freaks, all I can say is: More, please.

'The Press Uses Silence': Gutfeld Responds to Light Coverage of Officer Stopping Potential School Shooter

Greg Gutfeld said much of the mainstream media either did not report or did not give enough coverage to the story of a school resource officer preventing a potential mass shooting in Illinois this week.

Officer Mark Dallas "charged" after a young gunman fired at him at Dixon High School in Illinois, officials said. They added that the officer shot and wounded the potential killer.

The Chicago Tribune identified the suspect as 19-year-old Matthew Milby, a former student at the school, about halfway between Davenport, Iowa and Chicago.

Corporate Gun Control Might Be the Worst Threat to Gun Rights

Let’s be honest. If you own guns or you’re a gun-rights supporter, and if you’re concerned about government restrictions on your Second Amendment rights, the future looks bright. The elevation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court may well represent the death knell for draconian forms of gun control — including bans on so-called “assault weapons” and bans on standard-capacity magazines in semi-automatic pistols and rifles.

Air marshals have conducted secret in-flight monitoring of U.S. passengers for years

Federal air marshals have for years been quietly monitoring small numbers of U.S. air passengers and reporting on in-flight behavior considered suspicious, even if those individuals have no known terrorism links, the Transportation Security Administration said on Sunday.

Woman killed in Los Angeles grocery store standoff was shot by police

The bullet that struck and killed a woman at a Trader Joe’s grocery store in Los Angeles in the chaotic early moments of a weekend hostage siege was fired by police during a gunfight with the armed suspect, authorities revealed on Tuesday.

But Los Angeles Police Chief Michel Moore commended his officers’ conduct in what he described as a “devastating ordeal,” while the man they arrested was charged with murder for the death of the woman caught in their crossfire.
