You may have heard of the gun owners who were ambushed by their hosting hotel during their NRA and Gala For Gun Rights convention in North Carolina.

Millions of gun owners out of 90 million gun owners already refuse to give their business to various companies in protest of their being against our second amendment rights. Not revenge, but survival. After all, the armed citizen is the law of the land: gun control opposes this; who is the aggressor here? Spiteful attitudes and erroneous notions can threaten freedom itself. The countermeasure is education.

This is good news, for sure, but I wonder about the choice of words used in the story.

LOS ANGELES --- School officials and law enforcement authorities are warning parents about a dangerous new Internet fad gaining popularity among teenagers: Lighting yourself on fire with Axe Body Spray. One school district in Washington State recently expelled six students for engaging in the risky activity.

Judge Ricardo Urbina of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia has just ruled that the D.C. firearm ordinances enacted after the Supreme Court's D.C. v. Heller decision in 2008 "permissibly regulate the exercise of the core Second Amendment right to use firearms for the purpose of self-defense in the home." Urbina dismissed a case brought by Dick Heller, the same plaintiff who challenged the previous D.C. ordinance at the Supreme Court.

There is a story <a href="http://www.journal-news.net/page/content.detail/id/520379.html?nav=5006"... about a guy who got awaken from bed and arrested. The story has many of the details, and of course, we don't how accurate they may or may not be, much less do we know how many details are missing. But put yourself in the shoes of a Mr. Dale Meadows, of 12311 Valley Road, Berkeley Springs [WV] and ask yourself what you would have done in this situation.

Washington, D.C. - U.S. Senators Mike Enzi, John Barrasso and Representative Cynthia Lummis, all R-Wyo., praised the implementation of a law solidifying the second amendment by allowing citizens to carry concealed weapons on to National Park Service and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service public lands.

It's a sure sign that the gun grabbers are getting tired, when they resort to the same lies about guns, gun control, background checks, lawful carry, bla bla bla. Specifically, they say that more guns causes more gun violence. This is provably false. They say that background checks make people safer. This is false, as well.

Georgia lawmakers could overhaul current Georgia gun laws and allow weapons just about anywhere -- even handguns on college campuses.

The proposed broad legislation would lift a ban on firearms in most public buildings, churches and even the state Capitol. It would allow gun owners with permits to carry in college campuses. The places where Georgia gun laws would ban firearms would mainly be limited to jails, courthouses and prisons.
